This isn't a surprise. On the next gen, NCAA has never had the same engine as Madden. Madden always got the newest engine 1st, and then NCAA the following year

true, but this isn't just a tweak, this is a completely new overhaul of the eninge, and EA basically has said our biggest innovation to date" that delivers "the most authentic gameplay we've ever had.

basically saying, our old engines are outdated (which is what NCAA is getting)

ok, but it still doesn't explain how it can be in one game and not the other if the same development team is on it

especially for something as big as this

delay it if you have to, games get delayed all the time..if you cant make your own deadline, than don't set one

#1. Labor allocation. It takes time to port engines and re-create NCAA rules/gameplay on a new engine. That takes labor allocation. They'd rather spend the time/money on a game that will earn them 4 to 5 times the money.

#2. Can't delay the game. Both NCAA and Madden have very specific cycles they have to follow.

Its unfortunate, because I like NCAA far more than Madden, but that's the way the industry works.

Man! I took a break after 2006. Bought 2009 then got 2012. I am not impressed enough to purchase 2013. Roster updates, here I come.

play at the 4:43 just like every year, QB runs, Safety just stands there and watches, unbelievable

just downloaded, one thing I already found that's kinda funny and typical from EA..

In the demo, they allow you to play 3 games from Week 10.....they show the date as October 27...

Week 10 last year (and this year) is/was first weekend in November, not October
