NCAA Football 12 + Rosters

The EA website is showing a recent OD user game with the wrong team's players. UF lost to Bama, yet UF's box score shows Tyler Wilson, Knile Davis, Greg Childs as their stat makers.

The passing has gotten a little too easy now. We went from one extreme to another.
Did we just get a patch?

Well I certainly don't remember downloading anything - I realize how garbage scUM's defense is... but the first game the kid was tearing me up through the air with Robinson.

Something seemed, very different. Safeties didn't make plays on the ball they we're before. Corners weren't always step for step with WR's.

Another think I'm a bit sick of. Cover 2 sink. A pass dumped off to the flat gets huge yardage because LB or CB's dont fly up to the ball carrier/receiver.

I haven't seen one, but the game I played yesterday (Ohio State vs. Toledo's C+ defense for crying out loud!) was a megabitch to try to pass in. That was the toughest passing game I've played since the first weekend the game was out.

DBs jumping routes are fine - but the fact that they are able to do it every damn time, often coveing up to ten yards in a split second from a standstill or a backpedal pisses me off. Plus, if they're going to make the DBs that anxious to jump most routes they should at least make the pump fake semi-effective once in a while.

THIS.

It's infuriating that the pump fake doesn't do shit, yet linebackers and CB are jumping the slant routes/out routes like nobodies business.

I mean, I'll have a receiver breaking free down the middle, toss a pass and have a spying LB swat it 7 times out of 10. In reality, I should be able to throw a fake, have him bite at least a little, and be good to go.

That, and the pump fake animation takes entirely too long. It has never even really been a "pump" fake. It's an entire long wind-up and throwing motion fake.

What's the button to throw the ball? I know what button it is to see the receiver you want to throw it to, take a long wind up, then get sacked....I'm just looking for the one where I actually get to release the ball.

Maybe PS3 doesn't have this button?

i just bought this game yesterday. and you guys are right about passing. i started a road to glory and the pass defense on the high school level is rough. for anybody that has tried road to glory, did you play every offensive or defensive play? im the qb, and there are times when my offense goes about 2 or 3 series before I actually get to run the play. thanks in advance.

I am quickly learning that in RTG, trying to play on both sides of the ball is making it difficult to excel on either side because of stamina. I am missing about half the snaps on either side. Time to start over and just play one way.

Well found a bug....

Since when does the clock keep running after an incompletion? I'm playing as Fresno against UF, and UF threw an incomplete pass on 3rd and goal late in the game, but the damn clock kept running.

Well I got on OS, to see if there was any kind of chatter...someone went over to the EA boards, and said they couldn't find anything from an EA rep stating they were working/releasing a patch for NCAA. But yet we hear from EA about how sales are up?

What a bunch of dickwads. I'm sick of buying a broken piece of shit game for the first month (or more). This game right now is making it hard for me to even enjoy, and I've been buying NCAA since mid to late 90's. I'm almost to the point where I don't even want to deal with this shit anymore
