HTTR Forever.
NCAA football will be the reason I eventually get around to buying a PS3 or 360. But they haven't released the product that would convince me to buy a $300 console to play one game.

Online simulation is a nice touch as well for those away from consoles (and also easier for a friend to sub in with your password vs recovering a gamertag, which takes forever if you have a lot of gamer history).
Custom playbooks, broadcast camera, coaching carousel, zone defense, better custom conferences.
If you can adjust the conferences in-dynasty they will have addressed almost everything, aside from an overhaul of the game physics.
