You can say that again... My defense was HORRIBLE. I couldn't stop a fly. Then of course I played Cincy and all they did was play that hurry up style which just pisses me off to no end!

Then of course breaking in a new QB and WRs SUCK! Was able to move the ball but then the red zone mistakes of fumbles and INTs doomed me. Had a great chance down 14 with 5 minutes left. Drive 80 yards down and then I throw a duck of a pass that was intended for a wide open WR and ended up in the hands of the trailing CB. With 3 minutes left they drove 80 yards on my swiss cheese defense and iced it.

Gawd... hopefully that isn't going to be what happens Saturday :sob:

damn, these responses about shitty defenses and poor QB play are making me nervous about this season. I'm getting antsy to get to week 2 so I can get my first game in of the season and see if I can put something together.

I'm going with the it "never works" 2 quarterback system this season. The only saving grace is I found a playbook that best uses what I have to work with. I want to see if I can run out of Indiana's Pistol and still be able to put my best players (WRs) in their shotgun formations. I cannot let my QB take a snap from under center with the OL I have.

My defense will allow a ton of points this season, it won't be good. :tibor:

I need a huge favor. I can't run this thing anymore. I need a volunteer to hand the commish duties.

I'll be able to play and recruit more often than not, but I need to dial back my participation in both dynasties for the foreseeable future.
