Iron brought up a good point a while back. (Remember him? He used to be one of us...) Those sliders you liked were good for those of you with teams rated in the high 70s/low 80s. Those of us who had teams in the low 60s were screwed.
I don't mind trying sliders. May I suggest waiting until the Bowl games to try them though? We can then tweek them for next season.
On another note, I've had a day to cool off a bit. Reading my posts, it comes off as me accusing Fanatic of being cheap. This was not my intention at all. He wasn't cheesing or anything, he was just taking advantage of a defensive exploit. Hell, I've done it as well. Lord knows Florida LOVES Ace Speed Option. We all do it. That fourth quarter just really pissed me off. Fanatic beats me all the time anyway. He doesn't need exploits. This is nowhere near the bullshit of the old WR Direct Snap exploit of a few years ago or the Rocket Pass from last year's Madden. Those exploits were straight cheese.

I didnt really like 09
the speed was just out of control. I remember playing basebuck and Texas A&M when he had a 99 and 97 speed WR, I played PREVENT and they still ran completely behind the whole secondary and got wide open, that was not fun
and if your HB/WRs didnt have at least 91 or so speed, they were pretty much useless
as far as the sliders we had on 09 go, I dont really miss the computer breaking 100 tackles per game, nothing drove me more nuts then when the computers 5'8 slot WR would catch a ball in the flat and run through 2 DBs for a long TD
that being said.... im all for attempting sliders that may make the game a bit more realistic, however I am against sliders that give the computer a pumped up advantage

TBH, I already got commits from the guys I needed. All that's left is a punter, and don't care if I get one or if one walks on. Coming into this season I focused on offensive tackles and defensive ends. I'm set with those and I'm now just adding depth.
