That's an oldie but goodie from last year's game. I haven't gotten that error yet this year, but I got it a dozen times before fanatic and I could play our second MAC Championship game last year.

I've been getting it in both dynasties a lot lately. I just keep trying and it'll eventually go through.

this was one of my major issues with the cut rule

new recruits appear in the offseason.........

that feature is pretty much useless with this rule
Smooth already brought up the "new recruits" thing before everyone voted, and my response was that it was part of the strategy of deciding who could or could not be offered, based on the number of openings that each user had available.

The rule passed after having laid out all of the pro and cons that any of us could think of...

There's a pretty important reason why not allowing cuts and limiting scholarship offers won't work. The reason is the late interest recruits will show after the season is over. Unlike previous years, you'll get new recruits added to your interest board. If I've set my board up the entire year and all of a sudden I'm hit with higher rated recruits of positions already filled, well, I want to recruit them. Limiting scollies and disallowing cuts basically takes away a new feature of the game.

There's also a position change feature that we're limiting. An Ice the kicker feature that we're eliminating, and a homefield advantage feature that we'll attempt to eliminate, or at least tone down.

The offseason recruiting will not be eliminated, but it will cause everyone to take a harder look at their in-season recruiting. If you know that you only have 15 scholarships, and you know that you're going to have a half-dozen top-rated recruits interested in your program in the offseason, and you'll probably be able to land 2-3 of them, then you hold back a few scholarships for the offseason. Can't fill those scholarships? Then they carry over to the next season...

Im looking at my QB situation for this year

am I allowed to move John Chiles back to QB?

he was a QB and Texas moved him to WR

hes got 86 QB overall and 87 THP 83 THA

im guessing it would be a legit move, just wanted to ask

Definitely legit, with those numbers. The only position change restrictions that I have are for FB and TE, and even those can be handled on a case by case basis.

Are you monitoring scholarship totals?

I asked IBI about it last night and my understanding was that there is no incoming freshman limit for this year but only freshman can be cut to get down to the limit. Next offseason is when everything changes I think.

Am I right IBI?

That is correct...incoming freshman and incoming JUCOs can be cut.
