6-2 online. One because of a disconnect that I got tagged for. - So in actuallity I'm 6-1. The other a 1-point loss to some asshole playing as 'Bama. Up by 10 in the 4th, lead cut to 7, 1:15 left and he gets the luckiest fumble timing ever. Drove, scored and got the two point conversion because apparently Ingram is Jesus.

Beat a guy playing who was Texas 24-7. I Kinda smiled at that. I had the opportunity to kick a late game FG, but opted to sit on the score.

I'm liking playing as OU as an alternative to tOSU. Demarco is a very solid tailback with good ACC and SPD. The WR Corps is solid the Dline decent - CB play bother's me a bit but I've been on a roll with my defensive playcalling and scheme's so far. That's the nice thing about this version, you can't cheese your QB's way out and pull out bullshit throws. Your QB is running for his life your not going to toss a perfect pass downfield - you throw it away or eat the sack.

You can tell all the people who use to have great records in NCAA 10 trying to get away with their cheesy bullshit that doesn't work. The first 3 people I faced instantly ran out of the pocket with their QBs - Heyward and Williams took no prisoners.

You can't stop a power run game in a 3-3, so stack that box all you want bud. You can get to the line with a quicker tempo and not allow your opponent to set all his zones. Plus I haven't seen many people use the run commit much anymore. Guess the wrong way and your fucked, guess the right way and run a cutback and, oh - double fucked.

So far, like I said, a strong foot forward.

I have to ask, even though I know you'll all think I'm an idiot. I've seen people referring to "cheesers" and "cheese" and I'm just wondering what that means. Anybody have the patience to explain to a noob?

short explanation is "cheesers" are the ones who played the game so much the learned all the glitches and how to exploit them. Also knew/know all the plays that are impossible to stop and just run them over and over.

A cheeser is someone who takes the fastest guy on the roster and makes him QB. Then calls deep pass plays, rolls out and runs the ball.

utilizing the games weaknesses instead of using actual football moves to win. putting a WR in at QB, sending all the WRs out deep to clear the field, then running for first downs is the best example of cheesing. It's also when you take advantage of shitty AI, like taking the LE and moving him out a little wide because the people who programmed the RT decided they wouldn't make him block anybody over there.

cheesey/cheap way of playing. Running in circles with pryor until someone comes open. Running a quarters defense all game because ea didnt account properly for size and mass, meaning you could shut down the run with that absurd d, last year anyway

Check. When I first started my '09 Vandy dynasty, I ran the same shotgun play for two and half seasons.

Congrats...I'm 0-2 with 100% DNF because of my g/f's SHITTY ass internet. I'm not happy. My record should be 1-1 with 0% DNF. It didn't give me that win when that guy quit on me when I was up 34-0 before half last night. Not happy EA.
How's that superior 360 online experience working out for you?

Anyone else getting insanely long auto save times in a dynasty? Maybe it's because I'm saving to a USB drive and not a HDD.
I turned off auto save. It takes to long, and I'm saving to the HDD

I am feeling like this games new AI has made the game FAR for realistic for me. This will hinder cheesers and help those that actually understand football. I am actually much better at this version so far because there is no turbo and you can actually rely on your blockers to go after and get their man...
