I think you did touch on something there buki. I find in the online dynasty on here my RB has a speed of 88. But continually being run down by LB's and Dlineman whose speed is in the 70's at most.

I used to be able to throw the ball at will in past ncaa's but I struggle to complete 50 percent of my passes. In the past I wasn't the best at running the ball, but this year I'm pretty good.

Has anyone seen a glitch where a WR gets put in the place of a tackle? It's never happened to me, but I've seen it happen to the computer quite a few times. I don't know if it's a glitch or a depth chart error. It might not be a WR (I never checked) but it has always been a player with a number under 10.

I've also have had my d-ine get shuffled when the pc goes into no huddle (seems like all the time). I'll be looking for my DE's to play with and they will be stuck in the DT's spot.

Could the player be a TE? There are some formations with both tackles on one side of the line.

That's because throwing the ball use to be so god-damn easy. People would have perfect reads pre-snap, adjust then pick up easy yardage. Now the defenders (wheather right or wrong, usually a bit wrong) are far more aware of the QB, ball and passing lanes. Now I'll agree there's a bit of bullshit - but nothing like people being able to pass for 400yards a game then use the FB dive or QB sneak as their running games.

On top of that Dlines are collapsing the pocket in a far more natural way, and instead of stepping up I'm seeing tons of people going back to routine. I.E. running out of the pocket or moving far to much to the side in one direction without looking downfield. 95% of people would force throws pre-11 into coverage that should never ever be beaten. Now the LB's are more active, the safeties are far more aware, and determining coverage pre-snap is extremely difficult. You really have to take what the defense is giving you and be smart + very quick with your throws, windows only stay open so long. Its much better then how it use to be without question IMHO.

You can really tell who use to just wait for people to come open as oppossed to who could anticipate routes and get a read on coverages. Most of the cheesers I played in '10 that now play '11 I've completely
destroyed.

My focus has always been balance. I use to be quite good at the running game, now I"m terriffic. Passing, - I'll take a stab downfield. Work off play action and get some quick shots in with a steady run game. Nothing too fancy, but I can move the ball just fine in the air. I appreciate that users who play with a more legit attitude are rewarded this time around.

I do agree with you buck, it is more realistic which I do enjoy that much more. I just feel like there are some small tweaks that ea can make. For example I feel like the CPU qb can pick apart my cover 2 in a 3-2-6 dime package. But when I run it, the CPU breaks up 80% of my passes against their cover 2. The CPU linebackers IMO can be tuned down in pass coverage bc they are able to swat down so many passes it's crazy.

Pure cover 2 zone getting picked apart! That is exactly the way it should be. Terrible defense against the pass and one of the easiest to attack.

Really because cover 3 the same thing. it shouldn't be picked apart as much as it does. I didn't say it's the best defense ever but it is virtually unusable against the computer, which shouldn't be that way.

I hate what theyve done with the QB sneak though

there has to be a better way to fix it from being like it was on NCAA 09

nothing like having 4th and goal at the inch line, running QB sneak and your QB just falling straight down (losing a yard in some cases)

yes! oh god I hate this, I had it one time 1st and goal from the 1 inch line, 4 QB sneaks and I couldn't get in, he fell down to quickly

Yea, the QB sneak is probably my biggest complaint. It's useless and forced.

Other than that, I hate when there's a DL dropped back in a zone coverage or a LB following a TE or WR on a crossing route and then is able to leap and tip any pass with alarming accuracy that should fly over their heads. How many times have you seen a pass tipped 5-8 yards off the line of scrimmage that was intended for 15-25 yards? It happens several times a game here.

Outside of those complaints, I think this is a great game. I have no problem with the passing game being more difficult or the run game easier, because when I last played 2009 (very little) and 2008 I could take about any QB and pass for 400+ yards on any defense. Running between the tackles was worthless and outside the tackles took little thought... just #s.

This game is more balanced than in the past, imo, and while it's not perfect, it's a hell of a lot more fun. The AI actually runs the ball all game and can have success. I don't routinely sack the QB 6-10 times a game with my DE, I don't win 110-0 against the top rated teams. This game has some challenges.

Heisman difficulty is pretty retarded, but AA is fair with the right sliders. Despite some small annoying issues, that may be patched, this is the best game that they've made.

Yup. Defensive tackles turn into the most accurate receivers on the field, they just opt for the DT-version of Woodson's MSU int and can't bring it down.

Absolutely. If they remove that infuriating man coverage (be in position and magically fall 1-4 steps behind in an instant when the ball takes flight), tone down the tips (even just the accuracy and leaping ability of the behemoths) and add a little more range on the zone defense (the back-line safeties end up painfully out of position at times... why can't the underneath guys realize there is only one man on their side of the field and shift slightly in his direction?).
