Whew. Good game Shehad. 12-7 UT in a battle that would bring joy to Woody. Shehad controlled much of the game with his running backs. He only threw 5 passes all game and completed one of them, so in the second half I sold out on the run, and that worked. It was pretty clear this was a game of field position.

I attempted to mix up the offensive attack, but my QB is still very slow to release and Shehad was getting pressure very quickly. My best offensive weapon is my Kicker again, though I missed a 60 yarder going into half and trailed 7-0. In the third I made a 52 and 59 yarder in the fourth to trail 7-6 with about 5 minutes in the fourth. I chewed the clock in hopes of kicking a game winning FG, but ended up scoring a TD and missing the 2 point conversion with 8 seconds left.

I played my game against Bama and won 34-16. They literally blitzed on every single play and their defense was beating my players one on one every time. They were stuffing the runs and knocking my WR down on the line. Then I started running screen plays to counter their blitzes and blew them out in the second half.

I have never experienced a defense that didn't quit blitzing. It was cool to see, but it definitely caught me off guard.

Good game, Smooth. My damn internet connection dropped, so I don't know if the game counted or not. If not, just go ahead & play against the computer.

GG, MD. It was a good, close game until the final quarter when things just fell apart for your defense. I just SuperSimmed to the end of the game after your connection dropped. The good news is that there was only thirty seconds or so left, so the score didn't change. The bad news is that your drop occurred mid-pass. Your receive caught the ball but got hurt on the play. I don't know if it was a significant injury or not.
