NCAA 12 (PS3) 4th Annual Online Dynasty Thread

Advanced to the preseason. The SEC is now a six-team league featuring only us. I'll give everybody a day to do what they want, but since this is the last season, I'm only giving a day. Recruiting won't matter and redshirting means nothing. I set up the Conference rules to begin our schedule in week 5, but for some reason we don't start conference games until week 6. Not only that, but Iron's first game isn't until week 10. These are locked in and I can't change them.

Progression wasn't as good to me as I was hoping. The VAST majority of my team is ranked in the 80's, with the majority of my starters between 84-88. It looks like all of the teams are pretty evenly matched except UW's skill positions. Shaq Thompson (SS) is not fair; 97 SPD, 99 ACC, 98 PUR, 91 MCV, and 93 ZCV.

I'm done with position changes. Since I won't be here when cuts are made, I have moved all of the players that I want to cut to the strong safety position. Hopefully that will get rid of anyone that I don't want. If the cpu sees fit to keep some of them, at least they'll be in a position where they'll be useful for special teams.
I just checked my rosters from the website, and this little trick did exactly what I wanted it to. I now have seven strong safeties, but I think they'll all be useful on special teams.

EDIT: unfortunately, one of the WRs that I moved to TE gained one point in speed, and now has 90 speed. He's not exactly a prototypical TE at 6'0" 195 lbs, so I'll just use him as a TE on special teams and take him off of the TE depth chart.

I'm thinking about making the SEC a six-team league with just us in it. The biggest hurdle I can see is MD's schedule. He usually doesn't get home until almost midnight. This can slow the league down drastically. Having the six of us in the same conference will be fun, but it's going to slow down the advances.

Sucks that I didn't think of this til the other day. We could have 'filled' our 6 team conference with teams we all hate so we all could beat up on them. ie Michigan, USC, Alabama... etc.

Oh well, guess one of us will have to finish last.
