NBC Comedy: The Office, Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, Community

I'm not a fan of what they are doing, although I can see the angle they are playing. They are letting everybody know that not every marriage out there is perfect in real life. I thought last night was a pretty good episode, and they did a good job letting us see the Brian guy come to Pam's defense, but they also did a good job at there not being any type of embrace or anything like that.

It's obvious Jim is completely clueless right now, and is only focusing on himself.

I see the big revelation happening with Jim, realizing his life is in Scranton, and Darryl being the one to move to Philly full time.

If they have Pam cheat on Jim, it will ruin the show. The backlash would be overwhelming. Read the Facebook comments for any indication.

Last week was a surprisingly decent comedy interrupted by marriage sidebars in the office. Erin even forgot to be terrible a few times in recent weeks, albeit sporadically.

30 rock had such a great run, it was sad to see it go out with a whimper the last few weeks. Still a legendary comedy overall.

totally. If would flush the whole series down the toilet. Even more than Andy as Branch Manager

Or Angela chasing every man in the office.
Or manufacturing non stop romances for every single person in the office.

Just finished the first half and it is actually quite funny. Why? Because most of the show was about funny weirdness, not just awkward silence and relational drama.

I am so disillusioned by the force fed romances from all directions that it will probably be refreshing to only be smacked in the face with one.

Trevor was classic.

"Go On" is moving to MUST SEE TV! after "The Office" for the last couple episodes of the season. I actually like this show a lot, it's similar in structure to Community but with a slightly less-ridiculous premise and fairly well grounded on this planet. I imagine not everyone feels the same way about a guy who used to be on Friends, but Matthew Perry is a way more likeable lead than Joel in a sitcom--actually the ensemble as a whole is more likeable: I think the grief backstory for all the characters just gives it more depth than the comic-book Community. Sometimes I feel like they try too hard with Mr. K, but usually he's a great oddball character.
