Nationwide and OSU to hold news conference

Columbus, Ohio — Nationwide and The Ohio State University will make an announcement at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8 at the north rotunda of Ohio Stadium.

When: 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 8

Who: OSU Athletics Director Gene Smith
Nationwide executives
OSU Band
Additional OSU Athletics representatives

Where: Rotunda of Ohio Stadium Special Instructions: Parking is available in the East and West lots of the Stadium.
 
ummm... why for..? i thought geiger had the athletics group in the blue. smith manage to break the bank already? this likely isn't mr. smith's deal, but im disliking him more and more as time passes. probably because i really liked geiger and he is taking his job. which would be completely unfair. but then, when annoucements like this come out... screw fairness. i forsee smith having a very rough honeymoon in columbus if this is the case.

edit: in fact, if this is the case i will fully support the immediate termination of every single person above tressel. i think i feel ill.

I'll be Nationwide Insurance will pay $3.5 million for naming rights to the Rotunda at Ohio Stadium..........."Nationwide Rotunda"

I hope that's the extent of it....but if they name the field after Nationwide, that will suck.
