Forum name change: Buckeye Alumni

The results are in and we have a winner in a close poll: Buckeye Alumni.

Buckeye Alumni was the original title of the forum until some members complained that not all former players had graduated. Since then, it has become clear that alumni include virtually all former players (see the earlier post from OSU Alumni Association site).

There is also some indication that people who picked Former Buckeyes - Always Buckeyes, the runner-up, would have picked Buckeye Alumni as a second choice.

I am mindful that the response to the poll wasn't very enthusiastic, only 60 members responded, and that this is an indication that the outcome didn't matter much to the majority of BP members. However, some people felt that Former Buckeyes implied that those who leave the program are no longer Buckeyes.

Grad21 and 3yards have indicated that they are happy to change the name of the forum, but request that this be the final name change. In this vein, I will ask them to change the forum name back to Buckeye Alumni.
