Head Coach
First let me say that I have no idea where this should be posted so move this post if need be!

I'm sure some of ya'll remember me to be attending OSU about this time last year. Well, lets just say that after some private manners the move from Minnesota back home become unrealistic.

I haven't been around too much this summer for a few reasons. First, my free internet was discovered and taken away. The biggest reason, however, is believe it or not i'm going to be playing football for a local D-3 school. All my time has been for a pretty grueling summer routine (self inflicted two-a-days) but hopefully it's going to all pay off. Being a 23 year old freshman (eligibility wise) is kind of humerous to me considering I will be older than most if not ALL of the team.

Who knows I may drop in from time to time to give some input on the games and the college football news. One's thing is for sure though. I'm royally screwed in that I'll have to miss all but one OSU game live this season (Indiana week=Bye week). So since I'm a broke college guy I'm trying to talk my parents into buying a DVR system and recording the games for me (Freakin Direct Tv is askin over $200 for a DVR box).

This is the best buckeye sight out there and now you know of my temporary leave this summer. I miss the argueing (and the smart ass comments from Mili) but I'll be on this baby everynight checkin in on Fall updates!

I test on Thursday so I'll try and post some of the numbers that I put up!
Thank goodness football is Finally here, and GO BUCKS!

Thanks Mili! My plan is that when my games end I ignore all friends as well as family about OSU's game and then go and watch the taped games. It probably won't be the same but well it's better than just seeing the box score with the stat lines.

Good luck. Hopefully you post better times than our resident lineman :p

The big ten network is a huge lifeline when I miss Saturdays while working. Not just the b10 ventric sportscenter to catch msu, psu, UM highlights where I otherwise might not, but the coaches shows. They walk you through the major plays, and you are virtually every meaningful snap with some bland analysis.

You and your parents should check out AT&T U-Verse if it's available in your area. I saw a BP banner ad for U-Verse today, which is why I'm mentioning it. They are offering $250 cash back for an online order. I switched to U-Verse in late April (from Comcast) and I've been very happy - there's no extra charge for the DVR - it's part of the monthly package. If you go with it - tell 'em BP sent you.

Good luck on the field.

Well a report of my camp so far...

My testing went pretty well besides the fact that I ran a poor 40. No excuses but my legs felt like jello for some reason? Nerves? Who knows, but anyways here's the numbers!

40 yard dash-5.00(OUCH!)

10yard dash- 1.57

Vertical-25'

Pro Shuttle- 4.6

Reps of 225- 21

Weight-185

Height- 5'9"

I'm at fullback right now but from what I gather the coaches may give me a look at linebacker. The team is awesome, and I'm having a great time! I'll let you know how I'm doing sometime later this week but so far so good! Go Bucks! Not many days till opening day!
