My oldest daughter has started a blog.

Is it alright if I send it to my ex-wife (well, still waiting on the state...) the English teacher? She's getting her master's in young adult literature and would probably send a bunch of girls from her classes. Also, I'd like to add that I have bookshelves for sale.:biggrin:

My daughter is an avid reader but rarely does she actually buy a book. She'll check out 10-20 books at a time from the library and have them all done in three weeks.

She would love to build a following of young readers like herself to discuss the books with. My wife previews the books so that she isn't getting her hands on stuff that isn't age appropriate. And we have a friend that is a YA writer so she's familiar with a lot of stuff my daughter reads.

Seriously though, I've glanced through a few newer teen novels, and man...I am glad I missed this generation of teen novels by a few years. Some of the worst stuff I've had the displeasure of seeing. Animorphs was so much cooler! :p

I figured that if she's old enough to start a blog she's old enough to laugh at teasing from anonymous netizens.
