woooo whooo!!!!

phone system is back up!!! parts just showed up for the exchange box (email server), time to pull that bad bitch from the rack and start swappin' hardware.... yes, i'm getting to the slap happy stage and everything is making me laugh at this point, including the old broad at taco bell that said she wanted a tack-o!

thats already teddy, there are very few people on here that understand what i said, and they can really know what a shitstick day i had, the main point of my post was to get it out before i shot someone!

and most of this was hardware - so a programmer would be just as lost as i would be staring at code

nope, haven't gone back since - and haven't seen most of those guys since then either, funny how now that i'm at a different point in my life (wife, and kid, house, full time job), we dont seem to have anything in common

It's pretty obvious to me that you just needed to upgrade your servers...No more shitty days like that with this upgrade...

I can completely understand your frustration. Luckily I have only ever had to deal with one of those systems being down at a time. I can't stand it when our email server is down because you have the entire building; marketing, accounting, human resources, etc. asking you questions about when it is going to be done (and they do this until the server comes back up). Completely frustrating!!
