Received:Hi !
Received:Thank you for contacting Monster, my name is Deepak, how may I help you?
Sent:Hi.
Sent:One quick question...
Received:Yes, please.
Sent:In the resume section of the job seeker panel under the heading Employer Resume Search Activity it shows 8 saves and 5 views for a conversion rate of 160%
Sent:on the far right it says 10 total views
Sent:those numbers do not add up I was wondering if there was some sort of glitch in the system or if my problem is unique
Received:I will be glad to assist you with this.
Received:I will provide you the information.
Received:Conversion rate of resume means the ratio of number of saves and number of views.
Received:Just to keep you informed.
Received:when employers conduct a search for resumes on Monster they are presented with a list of resumes (listed by resume title) that meet their search criteria.
Received:If your resume is listed and the employer clicks on the resume title to view your complete resume, it counts as a view. If the employer saves your resume to their Monster account, it counts as a resume save.
Received:Are you online with me?
Sent:Yes. Wouldn't the maximum possible conversion rate be 100% though? If 5 employers viewed my resume and 5 saved that would be 100% conversion. If 5 viewed and only 4 saved that would be 80% for instance.
Received:Have I resolved your issue today?
Sent:160% would imply that more employers saved my resume than actually viewed it.
Sent:Yes thank you...it's not a big deal.
Received:You are welcome.
Sent:Signing out.
