Prospects and Name Changes
Here is a list I started to compile for people starting a dynasty (I am not sure if you can have more than one human in a dynasty). This is just the first list I have come up with which mainly covers the top 100 prospects and a few other young players. Downloading the most recent roster update from EA and then making these changes will get you off to a pretty accurate start in your dynasty.
I fully intend to find away to erase Jim Duquette's mistake to trade Scott Kazmir for Victor Zambrano. I may not get Kazmir back, but I may go after Zach Duke or Cole Hamels. We shall see.

In addition, there are two absolute studs in the Rangers farm system, although they are not real players. CF Eric Jacinto & SS Larry Hunkin. They both turn out to be studs down the road. A few others that turn out to be big time power hitters are 1B Ismael Guzman in the Twins system, Jason Diaz in the Padres system, Brad Barnes in the Tigers system, Wes Krukow in the Giants system, and Cody Bale in the White Sox system.
