True :biggrin:, though it should've been 35-14, per the B10 offices after the game. The officals gave Michigan a TD as time was running out in the 2nd half when a receiver was running for the pylon but got shoved out of bounds before he got there, then stuck his leg out as he was going down and hit the pylon. The ball never came near the goalline, but the officials messed up horribly and gave TSUN a TD. B10 issued a public statement a few days later that the stipes messed up.

I remember that play as well. What were those refs doing? Not only is it not a TD, it's not even a completion. That being said hopefully the Bucks land another big stud RB.

The refs on the field had the call right. The replay officials overturned the call and awarded the TD to scUM. Big10 officials later said something to the effect that "interpreting rules wrongly is unacceptable" and that there would be consequences. The replay officials were punished (details of the form of punishment was never made public), but thank god that didn't affect the results of the game.

Yeah, I was watching that game and stated to everyone that there is no way that was a completion. I was SHOCKED when they overturned it. The pylon is only there as a reference point, not a part of the field. Hell, the damn things are movable and they are not even in bounds. I have no idea how you can be an official and be that stupid.

He's referring back to the 2001 game at MSU where there was a clock operating controversy at the end of the game and MSU subsequentely won on the last play of the game. Jeff Smoker pass to T.J. Duckett if I recall.

I recall back in 2005, Michigan won a game at home over Penn State because Lloyd cried about losing and they put one second back on the clock. Ended up scoring a TD giving PeeSU their only loss of the season. You win some you lose some s-CUM dumpsters. Now shut the fuck up.
