Agree. Grand Valley looked solid the whole game. They were able to withstand 3 of their top players fouling out to still come out on top. This game didn't seem like a fluke to me. It just seems like MSU is still trying to figure their team out. MSU played a lot of younger players that at times, showed questionable shot selection. Also worth noting, Grand Valley played MSU tough last year as well.

Playing all guards I wouldn't think would be a usual lineup. I'm sure some people saw more minutes than they would in a regular season game. Embarrassing loss and Sparty deserves to be mocked for it but this isn't a bellwether of them having a bad year. Louisville lost to I believe Georgetown (KY) in pre season. Sparty lost to a terrible Wright State team the year they won the title.

Yes the starters did, just because he ran in all guards for a minute isnt a biggie. I watched this game and the starters more or less played te whole game . This was a buttwhiping be GV
