Hang on Sloopy
This week we have re-visited some old-school ways that we enjoyed our music, today we are looking at current ways that we listen to music.

So hear is Friday's question, how many songs are currently loaded on your ipod or similar type player.

Flash drive players are the future!
No moving parts.
They will grow in size.(memory)
Prices will drop.
They're energy efficient!
They sound great!
The will become the next thing in music servers.
I don't have one for music.........yet!
"You will be assimilated!"

I got two ipods. The 30 gig video one and a 2 GB Nano that I got free. Honestly, I've been using the Nano way, way more often than the 30 GB ipod. Like Taosman said, no moving parts, I can run with it and use my Nike+iPod thing (which kicks ass, btw). Once I put a new head unit I think the 30 GB will get a permanent place in my car.

Both are almost full: 4,832 songs on the 30 GB, and 292 songs on the 2 GB Nano.

Not certain, but it's somewhere between 4000-5000. Definitely over 400 CDs, using about 33Gb of the 40Gb drive. That's only the stuff I listen to regularly too. I've got about 150Gb worth on my PC.
