The gecko, hands down. Most of the others are simply stupid, but don't raise to the level of annoyance. A couple of the Allstate mayhem commercials have actually been watchable...

They're all pretty terrible except some of the mayhem ones are funny. I have a special hatred for the pig because IFC had a segment talking to the writers about how they came up with it. Like i'm supposed to give a flying pumpk about how they came up with a talking pig. Every time i hear "Because i'm a pig driving a convertible?" is like nails on a chalkboard. The gecko gets my vote just because that bastard has been on tv annoying me for over a decade
