a little two-year-old Concord girl was mauled by a pitbull on Rose Lane in Concord, which is off Treat Boulevard. Once paramedics arrived, the girl was transported by ambulance to Cowell Park, where a helicopter was waiting to fly her to Children?s Hospital in Oakland.

The girls injuries are major, with bites on the head, face and legs.

how is getting a stripper for a 16 year old child endangerment. who decided to prosecute that in NY state and let Jon Corzine draw breath still?

you can bang a 16 year old in many states, but they can't get lapdances? in NY the age of consent is 17, but still, they weren't banging the strippers that I know of.

another case of youth discrimination.

The law doesn't tier by age...it just draws the line at 17. So it treats a 16 year old the same as an 8 year old. What would you say if the mom did that for an 8 year old? Not saying I agree with the law, but law the is purposely broad and vague to cover a wide range of actions. I don't think getting a stripper for a 16 rear old boy is criminal, but it's downright fucking bizarre when he own mom gets one for him. I would not be surprised to see her arrested down the road for either banging one of his friends, or even molesting him...

yea only looked up the age of consent in NY mid post (if you know all the states age of consent rules off the top of your head, you are probably a pedophile).

seriously though, i see no harm to the 16 year old boy. a lapdance is not sex. nudity, especially toplessness is totally legal everywhere, a fact that i can't remind women of enough. nudity is not sex. the lapdance is an artistic performance. how can exposing this young man to the arts be a bad thing?

so the kid got some lapdances, big deal. he is the injured party here. if the 16 year old doesn't want to file charges against his mom, who is actually hurt here? nobody. the prosecution should need the consent of the purported victim before dragging people into court on a victimless crime.

the rush to prosecute the idiotic crimes and ignore the massive financial fraud is mind boggling to me.

as for the 8 year old vs the 16 year old, yea the 8 yr old probably doesn't desire lap dances yet, so that would be wrong of the mother, however the 16 year old probably enjoyed it and posted pictures on all his social feeds. he got what he wanted for his birthday so it is ok to me. the 8 year old getting a lapdance, while comical to me, probably isn't high on the list of things to do for the 8 year old, so that is bad for me.

now if the 16 year old was super gay and didn't want a chick lapdancing, and expressed that to his mom, then yea that is bad too. if the kid enjoys himself, it isn't endangering him at all when it comes to non penetrating lap dances.

none of this should rise to the level of a crime though. the law may be clear and have no discretion as it is written, but the asshole prosecutor has discretion as to what he wants to try and as the asshole he is, he is trying this case. wouldn't surprise me if the prosecuting attorney didn't try to extort a blowjob out of the mother.

basically i believe in individual rights in all situations even if they can't vote yet. to deny this free man from getting a lapdance is to impinge on his freedom and that should never be allowed or someone will start to impinge on your freedom.

I am for individual rights in all circumstances, but I don't believe the 6 year old has the mental capacity to choose to become transgender.

child abuse in my opinion.

as usual in these situations, no mental counseling to help those with mental issues about their body, just dress the boy like a girl and send him to the women's restroom with other little kids without a penis.
