No. The browser uses the same login credentials (session) no matter how many browser windows are open. But using two different types of browsers (IE and FireFox, IE and Mozilla, etc.) at the same time will alow you to do that.
I myself have two different computers at work on two different domains, and I could do something like that easily. Somehow I doubt that djturdbutt has multiple computers or multiple domains.
Also, identical IPs dont always mean the same computer. For example, when I'm on my other domain, the IP that shows as my computer is actually a firewall IP (131.49.50.15), and not my computer IP. In fact, anyone posting from a computer behind this firewall will appear as posting from IP 131.49.50.15, although they aren't.

That's what makes it so tough to tell if they are the same person or not.

I have to be honest...I am really starting to get tired of these threads by donny and its in the game (I won't even give you the satisfaction of being referred to as IITG, even if that is just as lame as your alias). They serve no purpose other than for the two of them to see their monikers on a computer screen with bright colors and flashy pictures. I think a vVacation may be in order...
