MNF: 49ers at Cardinals(-9.5)

I don't really care who wins this game. I lost everything a few weeks ago on a Pittsburgh game. Should've known better than to bet everything on the Steelers. And the only reason I am posting this reply is to get a few more dollars to bet on the under.

Cardinals should put up a lot of points at home - especially against the 49ers. The Cardinals are supposed to open up the roof of the stadium for the first time this year - should be cool. Cards should win about 37-17.

They've just got to change that rule on "possessing the ball upon contact with the ground" when in the end zone or going out of bounds.

The 49er receiver just got 2 feet in bounds, then as he landed out of bounds, had a knee hit, and then as his upper body hit the ground lost possession. If it was in the middle of the field, it's a catch and the guy ruled down before the fumble. In the end zone or out of bounds, it's called an incompletion. Drives me frickin' nuts. And I don't care who wins this game.

A catch should be a catch regardless of where the guy lands, as long as the feet/knee/whatever are in bounds.

I agree. The rule for what constitutes a catch should be the same on all parts of the field. I think the NCAA rules are superior to the NFL in many cases.

Kurt Warner is the greatest QB of the last 15 years.

And yes, I'm serious. He's my fav. player and he never gets the credit he deserves until yet another 300 yard multi td game and the analysts are like "yeah, he looked ok."

21-13 SF at the half. Guess this is why they play the games.

Actually, this has been pretty good so far. Wasn't expecting much from this matchup.

The Niners have some talent. I'm not surprised to see this. If they can get a good DT and a QB who doesn't kill the team with turnovers, they'll be a dangerous team. They won't be championship caliber, but they'll be good.

I'm a Niners fan. I love Singletary. I've heard people talking about how he humiliated Vernon Davis. Fuck Vernon Davis, that guy has NOT been a good player so far in his career, and he needed someone to light a fire under his ass. This team needed some intensity from its coach, and although I thought Mike Nolan was a classy guy, he didn't have that. Singletary is going to get this team playing tough. Can't wait to see Patrick Willis progress with Singletary as a coach.
