Since their season hasn't even begun yet, I'm guessing MLB will delay the start of it. With 162 games they could wait until May and still have a 130 game season, or wait longer if necessary.

The economic impact would be felt in every city, though. Think of all the people employed by these professional sports teams/venues, not to mention hotels, restaurants, and bars in the area.
