The Dayton Dragons are pretty decent this year. 2nd place in the Midwest League (32-17) behind West Michigan (34-15) by 2 games.

Indianapolis Indians are 20-7 in the month of May

I usually get out to 10-15 games a summer. Looks like I'll be heading there tomorrow night when they open a homestand.

Very solid win last night over red hot Lehigh Valley (had won 20 of 22 or something). Moved to 21-7 on the month with tonight's game in play to wrap it up.

Eppler missed some bats and looked good on the mound despite spreading some hits around. Local kid Cam Perkins is RAKING for Lehigh. Crushed one to left. Chris Bostick hammered one to the deepest part of the ball park (418ft) for the good guys.

Beautiful night in downtown Indy. Til next time.

Have plenty to post. Will try to get some up tonight.

Also, sat behind and met a girl whose boyfriend is a major league umpire. Talked baseball and minor league stadiums for much of the game- her having been to a ton traveling.

Struck out the side to start the game. Figured I was in for a good one. Goodness.

Struck out the first seven lol. Just had a no hit bid broken in the 5th on an infield hit (close play). Picks the guy off, still faced the minimum through 5.

Not bad.
