Mike and Mike in the Morning

John Legend is subbing for Golic today, likely the best substitution in sports radio history. He's doing a helluva a job btw. The reason why I bring this up is because they were talking about the Yankees terrible series so far with the Red Sox this season. John Legend equated this start to the OSU/scUM rivalry right now! OUCH skunk bears!
John Legend was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio and a die hard Buckeye football fan. You da man John!

I thought he did a really good job. I saw the first half of the program.

I actually think Mike & Mike in the Morning is the best thing that ESPN currently has going. I like the frequent guest hosts for the most part.

I have to disagree. For me, PTI is the best thing on ESPN. I usually can't stand Mike and Mike. The commercial breaks are longer than the actual show. And the format usually goes something like this.

Greenie: Golic's fat. I'm a metro. Somebody got attacked in prison last night. We'll let you know who, right after this fifteen minute commercial break.

(SportsCenter opens the commercial break): Tim Donaghy was attacked in prison last night...

They're too annoying, especially Greenburg. He reminds me of this guy:

I do like PTI, too.

I understand your guys' complaints, but I still enjoy it.

Fact: There ARE far worse show's on ESPN

Sportscenter

Some time ago, Sportcenter became it's own entertainment rather than reporting on the real entertainment....and it became too much of a distraction for me. While I enjoyed Craig Kilborn's humor, he still basically kept to the script of the games. Now, Sportcenter seems like a big gimick.
