Hoyer just threw a great pass that was dropped by a guy open 30 yards downfield. Then they get the punt blocked for a safety on the next play.

20-16 Sparty, with about 4 minutes left in the half. I think Ringer has 16 carries for about 65 yards.

Second and 9 on their own 18 - the ESPN announcer says Sparty will sit on the ball unless they get a first down - about 1:50 left in the half.

Hoyer throws deep tp the TE Gant - a bad angle by the safety, and the TE goes 82 yards to make it 27-16.

Kellen Lewis went out with an ankle injury late in the 1st quarter.

Marcus Thigpen just went 78 yards in about 8 seconds for Indiana.

I don't think I've ever seen a 97-yard TD pass called back for a safety because of a holding in the end zone before. Legit call, though.


MSU now up 36-29 and getting the ball back with 1:39 left in the 3rd quarter, instead of Indiana taking the lead.
