Without warrant: A televised report on WSYX-AM Wednesday night in Columbus, Ohio, stated that U-M linebacker Prescott Burgess had an outstanding arrest warrant in the city for an incident when he was 14 years old. According to the report, he was accused of stealing CDs from a now-defunct record store. Thewolverine.com cited a source Thursday that said the charges were dismissed earlier this week and "it's absolutely over with." Michigan athletic department officials had no comment.
