Michigan game in Ann Arbor, best option for tickets?

Hey everyone,

I am a current undergrad at OSU and realize that this will be my last time to go to AA as a student to see OSU play.

Any tips on how to get cheap (relative) tickets? Plan on going with a friend. I am willing to pay 200$ maybe a little more. We are both willing to scalp and he wants to wait until after the game starts in hopes that scalpers lower their prices. I kinda want to see kickoff though haha.

Any advice? What have people done in the past?

Thanks and go Bucks!

If you go, remember to bring extra gasoline.

You'll always pay more ahead of time on Stubhub or eBay than you will day of game. Especially after mich lost yesterday, and may lose a couple more before The Game.

I was in Chicago last weekend and Stubhub never dropped below $150. We got in for $75 with plenty of time to spare before kickoff.

There should be plenty of student tickets for sale with it being Thanksgiving weekend.

Yep. I got 2 tickets for $240. I honestly would rather not sit in the student section, but I have a friend in Grad school at Michigan and he was able to get me them. If you go this route though, be prepared to also have to have a student ID to get in. From my understanding they don't check the actual picture, just to see if you have one. Unfortunately I won't be wearing OSU apparel since I don't want to take any chance of them being sticklers and checking the ID.

I just perused the AA (she's a whore) craigslist - man! lots of tickets for sale there, and I expect as the losses pile up to the farce that is the team up north there will be even a better selection by 11-29. I would love to hear the O - H - I - O echo again from that hole in the ground they call a stadium.

Problem is they're all student tickets (add $55 for validation) and want to exchange in-person.

I heard Stanley Jackson talking on the radio Wednesday about the 1000s of tickets still available on-line for the game. Yesterday I picked up a group of sideline section tickets, 20+ rows up behind our bench for $120/ea from stubhub. Never been to a road game before and never been to The Game (kids neither) so I figured this was a golden opportunity. Epic destruction awaits!

Good parking tips about taking the shuttle over on the parking thread.
