In honor of The Game this week I think it's time to take a look at some of the fine individuals who have been or are associated with the great University of Michigan. The great achievements of the Wolverines can be admired here in athletics and in life.

Marques Slocum is a former student athlete for Michigan who represents it's true academic ideals as the best public University in America. Michigan competes with Duke, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Northwestern and the Service academies. Michigan would have 10 more national championships to add to their already illustrious seventy dozen if it don't hold it's student athletes to impeccable standards and reject many quality football players on the basis of academics
