Coach Eliano actually came to my school where I met him in my coaches office and he we had a great conversation where he asked about how I thought I would fit into Ohio State’s program,” said Hudson. “I told him I thought it would be a great fit and then he offered me.”

With this offer, I would say that [Ohio State] is at the top of my list right now,” said Hudson.

Already has the helmet for it. I had to double take. Yes he can definitely get it going.

A lot of Garrett Wilson in those highlights.

“I can see myself playing (at Ohio State) because I lot of people say I have similar play to Garrett Wilson,” Hudson said. “I think it would be a great fit for me to go there. They’re definitely in the top five for me.

.Texas A&M could have the edge at this point with Texas, Texas Tech and others battling it out for the 2024 five-star receiver from Temple (Texas) Lake Belton, but Ohio State is an interesting one as well. Hudson has talked highly of the Buckeyes, who put
Garrett Wilson and
Chris Olave in the first round of the NFL Draft. This elite group in Columbus now includes
Jaxon Smith-Njigba out of Texas, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed that five-star receivers
Carnell Tate and
Brandon Inniss are committed there now. Hudson will get a first-hand look this weekend.

Visiting for the Iowa game tomorrow

Finally got around to watching his film, holy guacamole I want this kid in Columbus...absolute baller. Agreed 100% on the GW comparison, impossible to not see that in his game, especially with the Texas connection. Go full bore and just point out that Texas WR's at OSU have quite the track record as pointed out above...I like Hartline over the field (an obvious thing to say, but worth saying).

And to think, he’s going to be a guy that isn’t in probably in the top 3 WRs to OSU in ‘24…(I’ll explain in the 2024 recruiting thread as to not take away from Hudson)

HUDSON ENJOYED OSU VISIT
Five-star Texas wideout Micah Hudson made his first trip to Ohio State on Saturday, and by all accounts, it was a successful visit. Hudson, who picked up his OSU offer in January, told 247Sports he enjoyed his time in Columbus.

“They have a really good culture,” Hudson told 247Sports. “The coaches care about you. The players around you care about you. And they have good networking too.”

Hudson is one of the Buckeyes’ primary targets at wide receiver in the class of 2024. Other priority targets include Jeremiah Smith, Joshisa Trader, Mylan Graham and Tyseer Denmark.
