In reality, not smart. When looking at it broken down, it was WIDE open, just needed a better throw. But they shouldn't have done it on their own 20.

Ya, when they showed the replay and the receiver was completely uncovered. But just like with Zoltan vs Sparty, the coaches have to tell the players that there are places on the field you just don't try that shit.

As for tOSU itself -
Miami has always been built upon standards ? strong academic standards, not opening New Miami until it could admit worthy students (not just any student that had $$$$). Even today, Miami will close residence halls in down enrollment, rather than lower its standards. Miami is like old money ? the class, the elegance of it. The high standards and traditions. Robert Frost calling it the ?most beautiful campus there ever was.?

No one would mistake OSU for a beautiful campus. Ohio State is like some guy that won powerball who lived in a trailer outside Pataskala. Everyone knows that Ohio State?s wealth comes from its proximity to the legislature, and the mutual favors. Ohio State has bought quality ? Miami grew it and made it from scratch.

In fairness to Fredo, Florida's defense is going to be VERY good. That said, Miami has played like garbage. Dysert in particular...
