Miami OH +26.5 at tOSU (ov/un 127.5) Thur 8:30 ET, BTN

Miami U. was playing one on five for most of the game. #4 (name?) was powerful, with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Sullie stayed away (good) and either Deshaun (huh?) or Ravenal guarded him - both unsuccessfully.

Miami usually has one very good player that would be able to make OSU's team, back in the late 60's with Freddy Foster, Ron Harper in the mid 70's, Wally Szezerbiak (close enough) in the 90's and this big guy. All of them but the undergrad played in the pros.

Obviously the 'Skins (oops - Red Hawks) were outclassed, heck the OSU 2's would have won the game, but I would have liked to see more teamwork in the game rather than a quick 3 point shot. We see that when the 1's are in (some fabulous assists for certain happened), but when the 2's get in, they're all looking for their shots, and not the assist. 'Course when Craft is in, everyone seems to play D a bit harder, and all break to the basket when he drives, as it's a high percentage that they'll get the dish for an easy bunny.

I wonder if Thad will get the 2's to work on their team offense, with the 1's playing their switching man? By the way, Deshaun wasn't afraid to post up Miami's big guy. He either doesn't know how to use his body (certainly not as well as Sully), or he was getting pushed alot under the hoop. Good to see the effort. Ravenal continues to prove he's not a prime time player, but does admirably as a second banana. In all probability, Sullie and Thomas will leave, along with Buford, some of those 2's are going to BE prime time players next year. It'll be fun to watch.

Julian Mavunga. He'll be a great pro, IMO.
