Second, am I the only one who things that tube-helmet-white spray is more than a little phalic?
I hate you. I didn't until you just mentioned it.

Also, I don't care if Miami did just get curb stomped by K-State and they're playing Bethune-Cookman...this is straight out embarrassing for the program. Or would be if they actually had any fans. What are Dan Sileo's thoughts?

I have always been of the mind that the only time Miami ever filled the stands was when they had a half decent team And had a reunion of ex prison inmates And the state convention for marijuana and meth dealers...:tongue2:

Exclusive: Ex-employee details how Hurricanes program unraveled in scandal

Sean Allen was alone in his one-bedroom Miami (Fla.) apartment that overlooks Brickell Key when his cell phone buzzed. It was 5:30 on a Friday afternoon in mid-August, 2011. Allen glanced at his caller ID.
"Tony Hernandez."
Hernandez is a Deputy Athletic Director at the University of Miami. Allen had been friends with him for almost a decade.
"We knew this was coming," Hernandez told Allen. "They want to meet with you."
"All right," Allen replied. "When?"
"Monday, 5:30 in the afternoon. In the [UM] General Counsel's office."
The baby-faced, 5-9, 150-pound Allen, known to almost everyone around the Miami Hurricane football program as "Pee Wee," understood exactly who Hernandez meant when he said "they."
The NCAA.

Allen says Shapiro wasn't trying to buy recruits. According to Allen, there was a five-star defensive back recruit in the class of 2003 who Shapiro told him he'd spent a lot of money on. The kid ended up signing with another school. "I'm not doing that anymore," Allen recalled Shapiro saying. "We can't outbid these [expletive] SEC schools."

This... this pisses me off. I used to think maybe it was just stereotyping and urban myths. I have seen these comments from too many people who are actually involved to believe that there isnt a MASSIVE problem that is being swept under the rug.

fuck southern speed...
fuck practicing year round...
fuck paying coaches better...
fuck home bowl games ....
fuck Espin's propaganda...
even fuck oversigning!!!

It is no coincedence that the south has become the dominate force in college football and its being thrown in our face.. He who cheats best, wins most... This is the kind of shit that makes me question why I even bother with big time college football.. :pissed:

All that stuff pisses me off as well, but what makes it even worse is that we're the conference who looks terrible in the public opinion with two of our "flagship programs" on probation for major sanctions (Some may argue PSU isn't a flagship program, but I just meant it as they're a national name and program).
