I watched a couple of their games this season, and he was yanked in two of them. I was not impressed by much of anything about him. Honestly, I never really saw it in him. He was a very good college qb, but I never saw how his ability translated to being a star in the nfl.

Read somewhere Frye was Tua’s QB coach for Elite 11 and for that 7v7 tournament he won and was MVP.... guess they are going all in on Tua

I watched Frye often when he was with Akron... extremely creative albeit unorthodox... he was a winner... set almost every QB rcd for the Zips
He'd throw overhead, underhand, sidearm and with either hand... there were times in college he was unstoppable... lots of rallies to come from behind...
hoped he would do well with the Browns.. he's 'different'...
He's very smart... and I hope him well...
