He had an impressive camp at Ohio State and was offered a scholarship by Ohio State early. As we know, most really, really early offers aren't committable offers. I felt that was a "getting started" point for Ohio State, but I just never felt they were "all in" on Justin Rogers, and as things have gone on, I've felt more and more like that being the case, that they're not "all in".
