Mexico 0, USA 2 (Final)

I'm slightly disappointed with Donovan's play. A little too passive, in my opinion. He does this in a lot of games though. Needs to be a little more involved. I'd like to see him turn and attack the Mexican D on the dribble. He's done well on putting the ball back in the mix on some great back-post passes by Beas.

His conditioning makes him deadly in the final 10 minutes. He seems to always get a counter-attack goal to seal the game as he just blows by a tired D. I expect another one tonight. :)

Good to see the Nats' get a goal before the half. I was just waiting for them to put one in. WOOO! That was a pretty exciting first half. Fans are standing and chanting. Seems like a great atmosphere. The National Anthem gave me chills.

USA USA USA!

the sequence after the goal was sweet. too bad they couldn't have put in another one.
If DMB had a right foot that could have been a goal. He decided to stick with his [very favored] left. Oh well, he's been real dangerous considering his supposed lack of form/fitness due to some injuries and lack of PT on his club team.

Should be interesting to see what subs get made.

I expect Altidore for Ching up top probably around the 75th minute, maybe sooner. Not sure who else.

Well said and I agree. They've done a pretty good job marking him thus far, but we have to get him more involved tonight.

Anyone have a link to watch online?

Already checked channelsurfing.net...not on there. WTF is up with that?

The football off season is indeed a living hell. Here we are betting on soccer and trying to find an online feed to watch it.

Save us Jim Tressel you are our only hope.

Could be worse. We could be betting on and watching golf or tennis.

I must confess I have wagered on both and as soon as you have more than 1 red cent on the line you are working the interwebs to watch. Like I said, I hate the off season.

Seems to be the attack is going more though Bradley than it Donovan. Bradley's having the best game I've ever seen him play thus far.

Hejduk looks to be the most physical defender we have tonight. He's driving the Mexicans crazy on that right side.
