(Peoria) -- Peoria police say they looking for a man who they say didn't like the sandwich he got from a local McDonalds.
Officers say the man became furious when his breakfast sandwich didn't have an egg, so furious that police say he threw the sandwich back at the worker in the drive-through window.
The young woman offered to redo the sandwich, but tells police the man instead threw it into her face.
Police say that's assault.
The young worker refused medical treatment and the angry customer drove away before police arrived.
But cops in the river city say assault is assault, even if it's with a breakfast sandwich.

Well, considering the sandwich didn't even have an egg in it, I guess that means it was just a toasted English muffin? Or a greasy biscuit with half a strip of bacon and a slice of cheese?

What is not detailed here is whether or not the guy was a regular, and whether or not the woman at the window was also the regular morning person. If it were reported, for example, that this girl screwed up his breakfast three or four days in a row, than tossing an English muffin in her face would be perfectly acceptable, IMHO.

Maybe it was a Sausage McMuffin? I suppose that detail would change the story a little bit. I mean, guys can't just go around smacking women in the face with their sausages!

Honestly considering the caliber of eggs in fast food, it might not be a bad thing. I like the mcmuffin egg but the biscuit one isn't very good.
