BS ending to Game 3. The officials had to know that the Mavs' strategy would be to foul knowing they had a foul to give. The foul took place and was very obvious. The officials ignored it. Credit 'Melo for hitting the big shot, but the officials blew it big time... again.

Look for Mark Cuban to get fined. Look for David Stern to continue to protect the league's biggest problem. And look for the officials to continue to suck for the rest of the playoffs.

Yep, that ending was terrible. Unfortunately, the officiating has been the story of the playoffs so far.

Well, well, well ... tonight's Mavericks-Nuggets contest suddenly has a little more drama to it, and no, I'm not talking about the 600 or so "Leverage" and "Closer" commercials we're about to endure. (We get it TNT, you know drama. Move on.)
No, instead, Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin(notes) would like a word or two or forearm shiver with Mavericks billionaire owner Mark Cuban. Martin isn't happy about the remarks Cuban made to his mom in the controversial aftermath of Game 3 on Saturday.
Cuban admits when a fan called the Nuggets "thugs" he turned to Martin's mom, Lydia Moore and said, "That includes your son." Burn! Martin's agent also claims Cuban told Ms. Moore, just a day before Mother's Day, "Your son is a punk!" (Forgetting to sign your mom's card doesn't seem so bad now, does it?)

haha im watching the story on tnt now! but seriously, how old are these ppl? yeah it was a crap call, but the series is practically over! the whole world saw the highlights and we have our opinions but why you gotta call out somebody's momma? that's harsh...

The first time I saw it I thought it should just be a technical on Melo, but when I saw it again I think it landed on Wright's face, and that it should be an automatic 1-game suspension.

And since his uniform doesn't say 'Celtics', a suspension could actually happen. :tongue2:
