The game's going to be good, but the demo was rather short and didn't really highlight anything drastically new. That being said, I'm pre-ordering.

The multiplayer co-op is surprisingly fun (not usually into co-op).
The Asari Adept and Krogan soldier are pretty much unstoppable.

The only reason I haven't tried multiplayer yet is because I don't have a headset. And you aren't the first to praise the feature. I may just end up buying a headset after all.

I personally thought ME 1 was far better than ME 2, and now I've heard they've made ME3 even less of an rpg. As much as I love bioware, this might be a pass (especially after DA2 )

EA has warned Xbox 360 gamers that their Mass Effect 3 saved games won't import if they're stored in the 360's data cloud. They'll have to be located on or transferred from the console on which they were created.

So earlier today I settled in with Mass Effect 3. On the Xbox 360. Popped my disc in, booted it up, went to import my character from the last two games (which I'd preserved over four separate consoles). At first, it went well! There he was, with his decisions and class choices in place.

But then I got an error. And it was very disappointing.

Anyone who kept their Mass Effect 2 saves on the Cloud (and this is the Xbox 360 version specifically we're talking about here), you can't import them from there. You need to import it from a HDD. With a catch: you need to re-download it to the HDD it was originally created on. Hope you haven't bought a new Xbox in the last two years!

ME3 can't find my ME2 save file, meaning I have to go rent ME2 tomorrow to replay my existing save and recreate another save file. Ridiculous.

And no, I have never touched cloud storage.

I've already played the charge out of my controller twice. Man, what a game, and I'm barely into it. I will say that I am pleasantly surprised with two of my three new squad mates.

I'm on Earth right now. Not sure how much I have left, but I'm addicted.

Coming from Skyrim (really a different genre), I wasn't sure if it was on par with the other two, but the characters & story are drawing me in again. Other than having to ignore the invasion on Earth while you bounce around the galaxy, this looks to be a pretty solid finale.
