Digg's vision is incredible. I agree, I don't see elite speed. But his ability to read the field on both sides of the ball and nack for finding open space is what makes him more of a threat than just pure speed.

Slow motion is one way to look at it. Like his reaction time to where a defender is going to make his move or where the ball will come down is half a second faster.

I don't know if Diggs has the top end as those other guys but he does what Teddy did and accelerates to his top end speed in an instant and doesn't lose much or any speed in and out of cuts. His physical nature to the game of football is how I prefer guys to play the game.

This. He has awesome acceleration and top end if not elite speed. The cuts he makes and his balance take that 4.4 time and make him very difficult to track down.
