18 years this October, I still can't believe she puts up with me. I waited until I was 37 until I married. I played on a lot of softball teams when I was single.
I remember calling married friends to see if they could fill in when our teams were short handed. They would say something to the effect of "I'm not even going to ask my wife". I would think, what a puss, then I got married. People would call up and ask if I wanted to play golf, and of course I would tell them "are you crazy, I'm even going to......".
