i do have to say, however, Trev has actually gotten better. May is still using the "be a dickhead" schtick so people talk about him....but i find myself agreeing with Trev every once and a while (probably because he disagrees with may so much)

Mark May also predicted that its a fact that no Big 10 team will play in the Orange Bowl. Maybe so but all their other Flashy and Favorite teams of his are suspect this year too ...
They always remind me of tag team clowns... you hardly remember them the next day and you give em a half hearted laugh until the REAL SHOW comes on.

What has this ass done to gain him any notertiety in the business. Was he a decent player on any level no? Was he well known or a celebrity at any level? No!
I hate to say it but his presence on Gameday is probably just to fill a quota with as an articulate minority. He brings nothing else to the table. I hope I don't sound as a racist but above this I can see no other reason why he is even employed. He is an idiot and shouldn't be broadcasting HS games much less national TV.

hes employed because he gets us to talk about him. if thats how he wants to get on TV and be "known"...well i guess thats his choice. if you would rather be a known jackass than a nobody....just be a complete fuckwad on TV.

It should be enough to point out that he's not a very insightful analyst and frequently says stupid things. Spouting off without facts, or bringing his ethnicity into the conversation, says way more about you than it does him.

He didnt say "mark may is retarded because he is black" or "mark may is stupid but the best minority they could find".

he said that mark may is retarded and questioned whether he got his job based on a flawed system...

Actually, I too think he's a frickin' token boy...period. If you don't think that the networks go out of the way to now put a ton of black announcers and commentators on the screen, then you are either naive or ignorant. That's not to say that the majority of the current black commentators aren't good...I personally think that Joe Morgan is the best color commentator in baseball. But if you think that Mark May would be on there if he were white, then think again. Besides, they need some to offset the show's other token dumbass (pretty white boy dumbass Alberts).
