I think he'll need a more spirited defense in court.

The article said he did 6 years in prison for his 4th(or previous) DWI(s).
1 DUI-or a plea down-should be enough to scare a rational person. This guy is just a crazy loser. My question for guys like him-why don't you get a case of beer and get sloshed at home-it's probably not like any of these multiple offenders are coming home from a club after picking up some hot tail.
