More info: it fits letter size stuff exactly sideways, though legal docs only vertically. This gives an idea of size. . . So it isn't briefcase/messenger sized. It's a map-bag, damn it!
(On a related note, my wife is getting a Vespa. Am I allowed to ride it?)
