There's no "setting to auto" in Madden. All I can do is sim it. When the time comes that I have to set someone to auto, I'll have to boot him from the franchise for that week and then invite him back in after the advance. To make things even more difficult, apparently after a certain number of boots, the player won't be able to join the franchise on his own. This was done to keep a player a franchise doesn't want from just joining over and over.

Just advanced to Week 6. The Bills beat the Browns 27-19.

User v. User game: Titans at Patriots

It's kind of a big weekend for football. There is only one user v. user game though. I'll advance on Sunday if everybody's done, but with the other priorities, I don't mind waiting until Monday.

heh. I've only played one game...ever. My first game was against 'mania, and that was a 27-24 loss, until I threw a pick six as time expired. The second game was supposed to be against ocb, but that never happened. I'm kind of looking forward to getting some games in, as both NCAA dynasties are heading into the offseason.

Age old story. Five games in and we're looking to next year. It's Buckeneye's fault though. :wink2: If he had just taken the Titans from the beginning, then fanatic would have been able to bid for every free agent that was out there.

Don't know. I sent a friend request on PSN that was never answered. I got a PM from him yesterday apologizing and saying that he'd been busy, and wanting to know when we could setup a game. I responded by asking how late he could play last night, or if he could play this morning, and I didn't hear anything back from him before I posted to go ahead and sim the game.
