God damn, what a great game, mp. Philly wins in overtime 27-24. I've never been so nervous kicking a field goal before.

Philly won the coin toss in overtime and chose to receive. I didn't have that good of a kick return and started around my 20.

1st down - Incomplete pass.
2nd down - Incomplete pass. Now I'm getting nervous.
3rd down - This happens.

I shit you not, I could almost hear mp cussing through the TV.

Denver got to the 1 yard line and had no timeouts left so the clock ran out

I cant pass for shit on thid game, had 290 rushing yards and controlled the time of possession 39:30-8:30

Well, Arizona just cruised against San Francisco last night. Started off with the Fitz & Boldin show to jump out to the 24-0 lead then used a steady diet of Beanie in the 2nd half where he raked up 200+ yards and another 50+ yards receiving to win player of the game. If I recall the final score was like 45-10.

Like the NCAA dynasties. The low amount of human v. human games, combined with the lack of scouting/recruiting, means this franchise should move along pretty fast during the season. I'm giving Buckeneye until this evening to sign up and get his game in before I advance. He PM'd me yesterday saying he was going to do his stuff last night.

I am not sure if this has been discussed. How does the draft work?

There's no scouting in online franchises. Once it's time for the draft, the available players and their attributes will be made available. Then we draft. I'm not sure yet how it'll run. I'd like to get a round in per day. I'd also like to get a priority list from everybody in case someone can't show up, much like how the BP Mock Draft is done every year.

26-17 final against Pittsburgh. Good luck running right into the heart of that defense.

That said, I like Tennessee. They have my type of game. Ball control, great stable of backs (Johnson, Lendale, Ringer, Hall) a fantastic O line and a very sound defense.

Collins accuracy is very sparatic though, and Its impossible to try and pass the ball downfield against the steelers even after they've been beaten in press coverage. I'm gonna try and go for a Big time WR. My best is Cage @ 76 OvR. I need somebody to keep that 8th and 9th man out of the box.

Buckeneye, you're the Titans? No biggie, I just thought you wanted the Browns. I'll change the second post momentarily. As for why you got kicked out of franchise, I have no idea. I sent you another invite, so you can just come back in.

I'm taking the PS3 to Connecticut with me. I should be able to log in long enough to advance. If I can't, I'll be home Sunday and will advance then. I'd like to advance by Thursday though.

man I just cant get a good feel for this game, its the first time ive played madden since whenever McNabb was on the cover

I beat Green Bay 39-33 In OT

I cant pass or defend the pass, Aaron Rodgers was slicing me apart all game, I pretty much just run the ball all day and hope I can mount drives and pray for an INT or fumble on defense

Shayne Graham is 8/8 on FGs so far, MVP!
