So when Texas had an all-American caliber QB playing an Ohio State team breaking in a new QB, Texas squeaks by.
Conversely a seasoned Ohio State QB vs a young Longhorn play caller (2006) results in an Ohio State blow out.

From the story I read, he was upset because one of his players was flagged for unsportmanlike conduct for making a hand gesture that was comparable to those he is complaining about. I think it was in the Texas tech game. I don't know what Tech fans normally do, but a Longhorn player did a variation of it and was flagged.

If this guy put half as much effort into coaching as he does whining, he wouldn't be squandering talent at a record pace. I'm surprised that a fanbase like Texas is willing to put up with his mediocrity year in and year out. He's gotten more mileage out of riding Vince Young's coattails than I ever thought he would have.
